Return & Replacement Policy

At VinodSteel.in, operated by Vinodsteel Center, we aim to provide high-quality stainless steel kitchenware. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.
This policy explains the conditions under which returns or replacements are accepted.
1. Return Request Time
Customers must request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Returns or replacements will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or damage claim, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The full unboxing process
- The damaged or incorrect product received
The video must be continuous and unedited.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve the return or replacement request.
4. Product Condition for Return
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- All accessories and invoice must be included
Products that show signs of use may not be eligible for replacement.
5. Replacement Process
Once the return request is approved:
- A replacement product will be shipped first, if available in stock.
If the same product is not available, we will initiate a refund.
6. Return Shipping Charges
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, the return shipping cost will be covered by VinodSteel.in.
For any other approved return cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Refund Process
If a replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Return requests made after the allowed time period
- Claims made without an unboxing video
