Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
Cooking Method
Step 1
Wash basmati rice and soak it for 15 minutes.
Step 2

Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
Step 5
Add vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.

Add soaked rice, water, and salt.
